- We often ship orders throughout weekends and public holidays, depending on courier availability and warehouse capacity. Our goal is always to minimize wait times.
- During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, order preparation may take up to 1–2 business days. If there’s any delay or update, you’ll receive a notification via support@weare-fashion.com with the latest details.
- Orders placed late at night or after fulfillment cutoff times may begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, preferred shipping speed, and order weight or dimensions. The total cost will appear before you complete your purchase.
- Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: Usually reaches you within 2–3 business days, depending on your region.
- Delivery times are only estimates. Delays may occur due to severe weather, courier service disruptions, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Order Tracking
- As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- In most cases, tracking information becomes active within 24 hours after the carrier picks up your order from our warehouse.
- If tracking updates appear delayed or incomplete, please allow a short period for the courier to scan and update their systems.
International Shipping Policies
- Wordpress Template ships worldwide but cannot assume responsibility for import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s authorities.
- All buyers are responsible for paying applicable VAT, GST, tariffs, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These costs are determined by your local government, not by Wordpress Template.
- Customs inspections may cause additional delays outside our control. Please check with your local customs office if you experience extended processing times.
Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Deliveries
- If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, contact our support team promptly. We will assist you in investigating the issue and guiding you through the next steps.
- Please understand that Wordpress Template cannot accept liability for damage, theft, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been handed over for delivery.
- In such instances, we recommend submitting a claim directly to the courier using the tracking number provided. They may require supporting evidence, such as photos of the packaging or contents.
- Retain all packaging materials and the damaged items until your claim or replacement is fully resolved.
Address Errors & Delivery Issues
- Ensure your shipping details are correct and complete before finalizing your order. This includes apartment numbers, postal codes, and phone numbers where applicable.
- If you realize an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@weare-fashion.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to reroute or recover it.
- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our Return Policy page for full guidance on eligibility, time limits, and the return procedure. Items must generally be unused and in their original condition with packaging intact. Refunds or replacements will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
